Babylon Body Shop

Great service, went above and beyond when helping with the awful insurance nonsense. Steve’s knowledge about insurance claims was invaluable and saved me from getting scammed. Omar was kind and supportive during the ridiculous 2 months (!!) of insurance jerking me back and forth. Wali is friendly and generous. The repairs were top notch and they took such good care of my car that I barely recognize it now that I have it back!

If you're looking for body repair. Is family-owned business is where you need to go. Me and my wife was involved in a hit-and-run 3 weeks ago. My insurance was wanting the total my car for a minute fender. When here the owner was very nice polite willing to work with me. Give me a really good quote. Drop my car off at 10:00 this morning at 2:00 p.m. my repair was done. So if you're looking for a really good family-owned body shop. Like I said the whole family is very polite friendly. They get the repairs done very fast and very good pricing

I had my car windshield replaced here and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The customer service was professional and attentive, and the quality of the work was excellent. I also compared prices beforehand, and they offered a very competitive and reasonable rate. If you’re looking for a reliable place that does quality work, I definitely recommend them.

Service is amazing. They even took my car to have a detailed after it was done. They worked with me and my insurance company and I could not be more pleased. Anyone who has problems needs to come here they are amazing. I really love what they did with the detailing inside and out my baby looks brand new although she always did the queue Heard

Babylon Body Shop is a place you can trust where the people who work there actually care about you. While my vehicle was in the shop, I dealt with Omar, who was incredibly responsive and expressed genuine concern in repairing my vehicle. I had damaged my right rear bumper in an accident, and it was in need of repair since I was getting ready to sell the it. He fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to source new parts (the insurance company was trying to give me used parts) and that’s exactly what he did. Midway through the work, I visited the vehicle. Beyond just fixing the rear bumper, they also fixed any small scratch I had on the exterior paint. I didn’t even ask them to do this. To top it all off, they even detailed the vehicle at the end and it literally looked like it came off a lot. After all the work, I asked Omar to drive the car to the dealer I was selling the vehicle to as I was outside of Columbus. He was happy to drive it there. These people can and should be trusted. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.
